“I most enjoyed learning new and unusual contemporary moves that looked impressive and were challenging too. I loved it all.” (MotionLabs Student)
“I was challenged to a completely different style of dance to what I am used to.” (MotionLabs Student)
“ ***** really enjoyed the dance class and I really enjoyed watching the results. I was very impressed with what they did in the space of time. She did more with you in four hours than I have seen in a year of classes!” (MotionLabs Student's Parent)
"My friend and I attended a class at Curve run by Emilia and I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience it was. The level of teaching was extremely high and very professional. We were not patronised (as is sadly often the case when one reaches one's 50s or 60s) and it was a really good aerobic workout. Loved the music and it was, above all, great fun. My friend and I are in our early 60s and both exercise and do yoga and have kept very slim and active. In addition we love dancing and music so this suited us down to the ground. I understand that our first week was Emilia's last, which is a great shame. She is a star." (Moving Together's Curve Over 55s Participant).
